Do you have another camera you want to use on your tripod? Instead of having to unscrew the top plate from camera one and screw it into camera two why not get an extra top plate. This way you can swap out camera's in under 5 seconds and continue shooting without interruption.
The 200PL fits both our most popular fast action head the 322RC2 and our next most popular head the 486RC2 heads. The rectangular mounting plate for the quick-release system is supplied with 1/4"-20 camera screw.
